Your GX In My ZeXal?

So on Shriek's TCG site, they posted up a bit of information regarding the next set, Return of the Duelist including it's release date, which is August 28th. There was one part of the post that caught my eye. The bolded text is what I am talking about.

In Return of the Duelist, players will be kept busy as they scramble to get all the cards for 6 new Deck themes. Duelists will also want to get their hands on the first of a new series of elemental boss monsters. Nostalgic fans and players will also want to get the new cards from Yu-Gi-Oh! GX featured in Return of the Duelist that can combo with cards and themes found in the Ra Yellow Mega-Pack. Cards from Return of the Duelist will boost Decks when combined with cards in Order of Chaos and Abyss Rising (coming in November).

So I notice that they mention the fact that there will be cards that are from the Yu-Gi-Oh! GX era, that can combo with cards from the Ra Yellow Mega-Pack. This leaves a lot to the imagination. I mean, the whole GX era when it comes to the card game started at The Lost Millennium. Lets just think for a few seconds about the themes supported in the Ra Yellow Mega-Pack that could new support in Return of the Duelist.

- Gladiator Beasts
- Crystal Beasts
- Lightsworns
- HEROes (Elemental & Destiny)
- Six Samurai

So, I see 3, maybe 4 different themes that are even remotely competitive. Gladiator Beasts, Lightsworns, Elemental HEROs and Six Samurai. So, what of these do we know for a fact will be getting at least one new card? Oh yeah, Six Samurai in that Structure Deck that's coming out at the end of the month. This could be an easy sign that Six Samurai's are in Return of the Duelist, to make it a little more obvious, just look at the cover card for this set. Heroic Champion - Excaliber is a card a lot of people on Dueling Network use in HEROes, because it requires 2 level 4 WARRIOR-Type monsters. I haven't checked into these Heroic monsters in a long time, but if memory serves they are all Warrior-Type monsters. I don't know about any of you, but I'm smelling new Six Samurai monsters. Speaking of the whole Warrior-Type thing, HEROes fall into this category as well. Just what the game needs, more HEROes. Especially since we should have Elemental HERO Escuridao by then as well. I seriously doubt any support for Crystal Beasts will appear in Return of the Duelist, Gladiator Beasts have that possibility since in some recent sets they've managed to get one to two support cards that were pretty much just completely random. Lightsworns are unlikely too, but it's Konami so who knows?
