Another Shiny Has Appeared...

ITS A SHINY GUYS!@!1@!21##!@#

So if you look to the right of the page you'll see a poll asking which shiny should I hunt. Well most of the votes are for Litwick, only by one and the poll hasn't even closed yet. It will in a day, but I said screw it since not many people probably even read my blog yet, I went on ahead and attempted it. First egg was a regular, figured at that point it'd take about as long as Charmander did, second egg hatches while I'm watching something on YouTube, I believe it was something about masuda method hatching, just watching peoples videos and laughing at their "OMFG" responses, few seconds into the video the Litwick finishes hatching and what do ya know, a shiny. Second egg, I must say I don't think I'll get that lucky at hatching a shiny Pokemon ever again since I'm not that lucky at anything really. Anyways this was obviously done on the 19th, was considering waiting till the poll was actually over to post it but the date in the picture would give this away anyways so.... yeah. Anyways if you have suggestions on what I should hunt next, leave a comment with those suggestions! A new poll will be up either later today if I'm feeling active enough to remove the poll and put up a new one or after the poll ends itself.

I just don't know what to think about this...

Okay so, this card is in the OCG's VJMP or VJUMP. I'm sure that a lot of TCG players will look at this and go wow this card is garbage and probably tributes something or whatever to do 1000 points of damage or some lame shit. This card, oh my god, this card. Retarded! Okay let me show you what this does.

So. About Normal Summoning this or Lonefire Blossom who would tribute itself to Special Summon Oyacorn from the Deck, then activating Black Garden and be set for days? Or maybe the fact that you can throw this randomly in Gravekeepers for a free 2200 ATK monster with Necrovalley out. Being an Earth monster sure is cool too. One of the cards it comes with too is rather retarded as well. Shall we move on to that one now?

Wonder how many people immediately facepalmed and thought to themselves; "Oh great another Blackwing". Well yes, this card is stupid as well, probably more so than Oyacorn. So look at the effects guys and enjoy.

So... its easy to search with Black Whirlwind, recycleable from the Graveyard with Dark Eruption, all you need is a Tuner, Special Summon this, Synchro Summon into a Blackwing monster, Special Summon another Gladius who can protect itself from destruction by battle once per turn. I'm sure some broken plays may pop up in Vayu Turbo decks with Leviair the Sea Dragon. Sigh, what will Konami release next? Oh wait, the TCG is waiting on that new Six Samurai Xyz Monster, and the OCG has announced a new WATER themed Structure Deck, and we're still waiting to hear and find out more about the exclusives that will show up in Galactic Overlord, like Tardy Orc who clearly has Tour Bus in its cards art. Should be an even more fun format with lots of even more fun cards...

Another Successful Hunt

Cardfight Vanguard

I figured I'd make a quick post for you all, or at least anyone who lives near the Connecticut area. Arkham Asylum, my locals now has Cardfight Vanguard on its shelves. This past weekend was their first weekend, and all of their Aichi Trial Decks were sold out, as well as an entire box of packs. At the end of this past Sunday there was perhaps one or two Kai Trial Decks left, when they are going to restock I have no idea. Finding Sunflora Interesting....

So a few days ago I had to find something for my friend whom wanted a Cacnea (or Cacturne) that had Seed Bomb and Spikes for the sole purpose of breeding a Ferroseed with both Spikes and Seed Bomb. On Sunday a friend of mine told me that Bulbasaur and Sunkern were Pokemon who learned Seed Bomb through level up in black and white. So I knew exactly where to get a Sunkern and a Quick Ball later I caught it. Since in the wild you find them at 47 (or 57 in double grass) they tend to come with Seed Bomb. What made the Sunkern I caught interesting was the fact it was modest natured and "Likes to fight." as its characteristic, meaning it's nature benefits its Sp. ATK and lowers ATK, and its characteristic shows its highest IVs are in its ATK stat. Now I'm not too competitive in Pokemon but the first thing I think is the ATK decrease from the nature isn't going to harm this Sunkern very much. That isn't all there is to this Sunkern though, most likely this Sunkern, if trained correctly could be a dominating force, though that's just my opinion. It's ability is Solar Power, which for those of you who do not know what that means or are too lazy to look it up cause you can't remember, under Drought or Sunny Day, it's Sp. ATK is boosted by 50% but its HP decreases. So this is basically something similar to that of a Life Orb. Not only that but in the sun, Sunflora has access to Solarbeam, Synthesis which under the sun as I recall becomes more ridiculous, and Giga Drain. You can probably go a little further and toss in Energy Ball or a status inducer. I think that Sunflora has some pretty good potential having Modest and Solar Power, assuming it's trained right. I'm not sure if any competitive battlers will see this but I'd actually like to see what some of the more competitive battlers think of Sunflora. Post comments below on your thoughts guys!
